The computer in question is for general faculty 
use and since I haven't used it in a while, I 
honestly can't say whether it has straightened 
out or not. I will look into it during the first 
week of classes and let you know for sure. 
Thanks for your continued help with the 
equipment. It is such a great help to have you as 
a colleague.

I need some additional information regarding
service request #45024

Description: Computer is not allowing log on, and
not allowing the applications to work properly 

I was wondering if you were still having problems
logging in and not having control of the sound or
dvd player when you do?

If so, what times are you available today or
tomorrow to have a tech come take a look at it?

They are not able to log on sometimes, or if they
are able to log on it shows a general screen
instead of their personal settings. They also have
no control over the sound, or dvd player when they
try to use it.
