Updated Setpoint software and drivers and still
couldn't get them to stay switched.

Edited:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse\
SwapMouseButtons = 1

Still didn't fix it.

Suggested getting used to the switched way.

Told her to not log out but lock her computer at
night, but still periodically restart her computer
so she gets updates.

If she doesn't like either I told her to contact
Tricia about getting a new mouse that feels better.

Correction:  she is using her left-hand, but the
preference that won't save has to do with a
left-click / right-click.

She recently got a wireless mouse and she is able
to select preferences and click apply to change it
to left-hand, but everytime she powers her
computer off and back on she has to reset the
preferences.  She would like the preferences to be
saved by default.  Please advise her.
