I had Angie try and new cartridge and it worked.  
Created a new ticket for the lab attendant to 
exchange some news one for the bad ones.

Hi Angie,
 
I was just looking at your ticket regarding the 
priner in WUC 111 (#45160).  I am thinking if 
your okay with it, we might try yet even another 
cartridge?  Would you be okay with trying yet 
another one?  We can have the lab attendant bring 
over more.  I know we had two new ones in our own 
office and they both were bad even though they 
were new, the 3rd one did the trick.  Then if the 
next one does it then we will assume it's the 
printer and not the toner. 
 
Let me know if you need more cartridges or a tech 
to help.

Printer 2008 0293 is printing with black lines on
the left side of the paper. I tried cleaning the
inside but it didn¿t help at all. I just replaced
the cartridge. Not sure if that made a difference
in the printing. It wasn¿t printing the black
lines until I replaced the cartridge.
