Most her settings were all messed up.
Increased her screen resolution and gave her the
default values for all of the advanced options.

I tried to walk her through the display settings 
but I didn't get very far.

The icons on her desktop are really large.  She 
was out last week and came in today and it has 
all the icons really large and can't adjust 
them.
