Hard drive was completely replaced so no files or
bookmarks are recoverable.

Software he said was mostly freeware.
If there was any software that he thinks of later,
he would call.

I've attached a photo of the error screen in case 
it isn't visible when the tech comes.   If I'm 
not here, the tech should find anyone in the math 
dept--any of them can unlock my office.

He leaves his computer on all the time.  He said
the last couple mornings when he first looks at
his computer it says "kernel stack in page" error,
and if this continues to happen he should contact
system administrator.  He doesn't sign out at
night, he said he gets timed out of his desktop.

He said you can come when he is not there, just
ask someone to let you into his office.
