Spoke with Shelby Case, and he said that it was
working now, and that is has been fine, and to go
ahead and close the task for now.

Everytime they move the mouse and screens are
changed on the monitor, it does a "snowball
effect" and the screen blacks out for a moment. 
It happens when they use the alt and tab keys to
flip through screens.  The computer W#20090893[Edit Inv].
Shelby Case's office hours are Monday, Tuesdays
from 7:30-7pm.  Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays he
is in from 7:30-4:30pm.  Call him before you come.
 Today from 2-5pm will work best.  They checked
all the cords. Shelby hopes that they can bypass
buying a new monitor if it is shot, and instead
use one we might have laying around.
