She needs to be able to use an access database so installing Office for WIN and connecting her to that database is important part of this RAM upgrade and installation she will need to be familiarized with the virtual desktop environment of Parallel(how to start and stop windows,choices for viewing modes(coherence, window, modality or full screen) Software is located in the following locations: T:\5.
