Hi Jay,

I did some checking and it looks like your 
current machine W#20081046[Edit Inv] is not eligible for an 
upgrade to Windows 7.  We can definitely purchase 
this for you, if we could have you go to:  
www.wou.edu/purchaserequest and put in the order 
there.  Then UCS will get this going for you.  I 
am not sure of the cost of the upgrade, if I were 
to guess it would be about $50.  Tricia in our 
office works more with that and she is out of the 
office until Tuesday of next week.  Just in case 
you need it, her email is:  flahert@wou.edu.

I hope this helps some and if not, just let me 
know and I'll be glad to get more info.

Thanks Teresa - someone can to install the 
update, but identified that it
couldn't be installed until my machines (desktop 
and laptop) are upgraded
to Windows 7. I guess that needs to be the next 
step. How do I proceed
with these upgrades?

This software is incompatible with XP so he would
like to start the conversion to 7.  I left him my
personal cell and he will give me a call when its
convenient for him.

He would like to do a primary install on Desktop 
W#20081046[Edit Inv] and secondary install laptop W#20090458[Edit Inv]
(if the installer allows two stations to be 
activated) the license agreement was vague and 
his last version allowed him to have it on both.
