Nancy is going to the higher ups to see what they
want to do.  The printer erred out again.  It is
mechanical failure.

Hi UCS,
I see the service request has been closed, we need
something in writing that says that this printer
is "dead" and needs replaced.

I would also like to request some recommendation
as to what printer would be best for our high
usage to replace this one.

I cold reset the printer and the error went away.
 This could be an actual physical problem with the
printer or could be firmware related.

This is the main printer for a lot of people and
she really needs this fixed really soon.  The only
other option for most of the people that use this
printer is one that is only color that costs 5
cents per sheet.  "This needs to be fixed ASAP."

TRI-LJ800 printer is getting an error and she is
not able to print at all. She needs this printer.
She has had this error before.
