Hi Brian,
I don't have any idea how this happened...I did
install a new version of Norton on my home
computer but I was not doing it via remote from my
laptop. It is gone now, Adam was here this
morning looking at our printer problem.
Thanks,
Nancy

Nancy,

If you go to Add/Remove programs and run the
uninstaller for Norton, it should go away.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.

Thanks,

She purchased Norton to put on her home computer,
and somehow it seems as though she ended up
putting it on her WOU desktop. She originally had
the file in her email and forwarded it to her home
email and installed it from there, but she does
spend a lot of time remoting into the WOU servers
and so she might have accidentally done it here.
She would like someone to help her with this.
