Hello Damara,

I went by your office and connected the RRCD
printer that you were having problems with
printing to.

I have had times where it would disconnect from
the printer when someone else logged in, so if you
log in and you can print to it, that's great!

If you log in a do not find the printer, you will
have to connect to the printer yourself:
Click the Start button, in the search bar type
"\\krusty".
A window should pop up with all the printers
available.
Scroll down to "RR-RRCD".  Right click it and
choose Connect.

This should connect to the printer so you can
print to it at any time.

If you would like to set this RRCD printer as your
default:
Go to Start, click Devices and Printers, find that
printer, right click it, choose Set as Default
Printer.
