Hello Teresa,

The issue has not been resolved. I cannot update 
my phone or access any of the applications I had 
previously installed (I updated my home computer 
with the new itunes but still cannot update the 
itunes at work). I had Ermie Buncal log on as an 
administrator and try to install it but it does 
not work. I also think that my supervisor Ambre 
Plahn is having a similar problem.

She had itunes downloaded onto her work computer
and it has stopped working. It is giving her an
error message of "there is a problem with the
windows installer package. Contact your support or
package vendor."
