Fixed this. It wasn't that the computer didn't
work, it's just that the keyboard didn't work,
because the pins on the PS2 were bent. Replaced
her keyboard.

Dear Help Desk,

Here in Upward Bound, (now in APS 501)

One of our computers does not always turn on. We
think it is because of a part that is not
connecting well. The part is purple and hooks
directly in the back of the tower.

We would love to have someone stop by and check to
see if we have assessed the problem correctly and
if we have to see if we could get a replacement
part. On the fifth floor of APS, this computer
is in the farthest from the door you would enter
cubicle office, on the right/south side of the
building. The area is labeled Upward Bound,
Student Work Station.
