renamed user profile on the desktop

She works Noon-5 on Tuesday through Friday in
Admin 104.  She is a student worker for the
Veteran's Benefits department.
She is having a problem with Word.  She thinks she
must have changed a setting somehow on Word,
because it shows her document in a square, instead
of an 8x11 size paper.  She has tried to change
the settings, change the margins and have 3 other
people look at it, but cannot fix it.  Please
advise her.
