Hi Scott,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#45435)

Description: Computer at the instructors station 
in MNB 110 has a red X on Sophos - possible issue.

We were wondering if this has been resolved for 
you or if we can still be of assistance with 
this.  If so, just let us know, we'll be happy to 
help.

The computer at the instructors station in MNB 
110 has a red X on Sophos.  W#20070678[Edit Inv].  Scott 
said that he thought this happened before and it 
wasn't anything major but he said whenever you 
see a note of a red X might be good to have it 
checked out.
