Thanks Teresa,

A member of your team came over earlier and
changed out my monitor. The new one is working
great.

Thanks for all your hard work,
Danielle

Danielle,

Please make sure the video cables are securely
fastened.

If you swap the cables that attach to the monitor
between the monitors, and the problem persists on
a monitor, then the monitor is likely in need of
swapping out or sending in for repair.

If the problem changes to the other monitor, then
you'll need a new cable.

Cables with blue ends are VGA, cables with white
ends are DVI.

If you require further assistance, we will have
some student technicians here around lunchtime on
Friday.

Thanks,

The monitor is showing strips of slight
blurry-ness in the screen. It doesn't matter what
site she is using, it seems to be on the screen.

She uses the double monitor and the other monitor
does not do it when she drags something across the
screen. It one that is blurry is the smaller of
the two monitors on the left side.

She just started to notice it this morning.
