back up and running.

Thanks, Teresa. I'm still having serious issues 
with my printer and need someone to come and 
check on it. I was able to get help with the 
paper feeding problem, but now the printing jobs 
are not coming out right. The ink is coming out 
really light. I tried using different (new) 
cartridges, but didn't have any luck. (And I 
tested the same cartridges in another printer, 
and they work fine!)

My office is in Ed 202N (go through the reception 
area of the College of Ed). If I'm not here when 
someone comes, please have them to ask the 
receptionist to open my door.
