Please re-open this ticket.  Currently the laptops
are set with a username and password directly
connected with me.  These laptops will be used by
service providers and need to have a generic
username 'ods' and password 'services' of some
variation.  Also I don't see the TW software on here.

She does not know what the username and passwords
are for these computers and she would like to have
someone let her know what they are so that she can
access the computers. She has tried her username
and password and it did not work.

These two laptops will be in cases with invoices 
and New Equip Setup forms on the RACK for New 
Equip in the hallway.  I have an email out to 
Michael Ellis to find out the particulars needed 
for Typewell software install as I believe this 
software is installed and configured by Typewell 
themselves and not UCS, in the meantime we need 
to have them set up with a basic image and Office 
software with Susie Fribeg as a admin( ask Susie 
about other admins)
