were going with Windows 7 and if you were able to 
get the issue with Astra resolved?

Dianna is eligible for an upgrade to Windows 7 on 
her machine W#20091296[Edit Inv].  Richard talked to her 
and she shared that she was told by maybe Bill K 
to hold off for a bit until some issue was 
resolved.  We are trying to determine what that 
issue is and if not found, then we can proceed 
with the upgrade to Windows 7.
