I spoke with Don by chance this morning, and he
has 2 profiles in outlook, one for Sun, one for
Google, and he was opening the Sun one.

Laven was over there with him yesterday working on
this.  The status bar is telling him that his
contacts and calendar have synced and his messages
are still in the process, however when he goes
into his email he only have 11 contacts show up. 
In actuality he has about 1,200.  He wants someone
to come and help as soon as they can. 

He is trying to sync his WOU Gmail account to his
Outlook.  About halfway through the process his
program shuts down on him not allowing him to
finish.  He isn't sure what he is doing wrong.  He
gets an error message that says something about
using a non-encrypted page.  He migrated last
year.  His computer is WOU# 201102414.
