It hasn't been called in so there's no tracking number, but I put the rightmost HLRef printer (20090478) out of service. It ate several papers during the night and then started making a buzzing sound that was more than a whirr but not quite a grind. I don't know if Brian is interested in this - probably not related to the other problems - but thought it couldn't hurt.
