Hey there Teresa,


When they came to fix the problem with my 
computer and the "Veronica" printer/copier, I 
asked about my issue and found out it is a known 
issue with no solution.  So no biggie there.  We 
can call it "solved" for now.

No worries, I don't print there often 
(unfortunately, I usually only print there once 
or twice at the beginning of each term).  But I 
just tried printing to Veronica again - to make 
sure I was still having the issue, and the 
printing your one page email spit out 26 pages of 
gibberish.  So it is still acting up.  Thanks for 
you help!!!

Ryan Wright cannot print to 'Veronica'--the 
leased Ricoh machine.

Ryan Wright can be reached at 88861.  He is in the
seam shop in the back, RA 112A. He is trying to
print to Veronica.  His computer is WOU# 20110144[Edit Inv].
 When he prints to this Ricoh copier/fax/printer
machine it spits out many pages of "garbage."
