Thank you! Please pass it on that I found  if I
open the e mail (each~ one at a time!) to the
larger screen, then I can scroll down.. otherwise
it just does not show the whole email...locks up
part way down..! Thanks.

She said she cannot read the bottom half of her
email. It is locking up.  Also, her signature bar
is not working.  Her hours are hit and miss this
week but really wants it fixed before break.  She
gives 'total permission' to enter her office.  She
said she is not computer saavy and she wants
someone to come over to help her.  She said it
says "error."  All of this is in her new Gmail
account.  Her computer is WOU# 201001137.
