Ran updates, there didn't seem to be a problem.
The headset worked fine.  If it doesn't auto
detect, you need to go into the audio settings and
set it to USB audio instead of Built-in audio.

I'll check when I'm on campus Thursday, Teresa.  I
don't know of any changes since the request was
submitted.  The problem is rather isolated and
therefore infrequently detected, but seems to be
consistent from week to week when detected and used.

ITC 001 - Computer 20100072[Edit Inv] won't let me log on. 
Everything looks like it should work and all is
good, but when I put in my login 
               information it tells me I'm wrong.
 I tried many times to make sure I wasn't putting
it in wrong, but I definitely wasn't.
               I even tried with a friend's
information, but that wouldn't work either.

Denvy stopped by to say the following:
Check on computer #14 (by window, WOU 
#20100072).  The sound on the headsets has been 
an issue, logging in is sometimes an issue, 
downloading PDF files has been an issue.  While 
this computer has had these issues, other 
computers have not.
