I replaced the hard drive in the laptop and
rebuilt it.  He is back up and running.

Description: Laptop is showing blue screen and
'boot error' 

I was wondering if you were still having this blue
screen error?

If you are, what hours are best for you to have a
tech come out and take a look at the laptop?

Laptop froze and then brought up a blue screen
asking to re-start it. When he does it says it has
a "boot error" and goes back to the blue screen. 
He was working on it, checking email online when
it went out.
