License doesn't work on both laptop and desktop so
if he wants it on both he'll have to purchase a
second license.

10 am it is.
I should be able to get it all done tomorrow. The
desktop was a lot older and had a hard drive
issue.  Your laptop is newer so if all goes well
it should only take a couple of hours.

Hello Jay,

I am just letting you know that I went by your
office and installed the printer drivers for your
printer.
I ran a test print and the printer is working great!

Let me know when you get back from break and we
can come pick up your laptop and upgrade it and
also install Smart Draw for you.
Your laptop should go much faster as we now have a
working Smart Draw installer.

My desktop, newly upgraded to Windows 7, was
installed today. The local printer doesn¿t work.
I¿m out of the office but would appreciate someone
coming back to ensure the printer works. Nancy
Ganson can let ¿whomever¿ into my office (Todd
Hall 248)

Dropped off desktop and helped him set up the
google sync tool for outlook.

Will use task #45626 for his laptop.
He is leaving today and won't be back until after
break and we will do his laptop then

Andrew or other techs I have contacted SmartDraw
and gotten new installer and downloaded it to
T:Drive.  It appears to be working better  Let me
know if you have any other issues.  Jay Gense
called the Service Request and wanted the machine
back as soon as possible.  With or without the
SmartDraw.

Got Smartdraw installed, but there is not place to
enter the serial code.
Has option to "continue" and use the free 7 day
trial or to "buy now" and neither option leads you
to a place to put into the serial code.
