Delivered and set up the scanner.

She was concerned that it didn't scan double
sided. Told her there was 30 days that we could
still return it if she didn't like it.

Hi Konnie,

I did some looking and it looks like we have this 
on the UCS list to do.  (#45739).  It's on our 
list for a technician to deliver it to you.  So 
it should be this week, hopefully, and they will 
be by to help with this.

Hi Help Desk Rep,
We placed an order (#2796) for a new scanner and 
the status shows that we have received it at 
WOU.  Do I now need to put in a work request to 
have it set-up for Cheryl Davis, RRCD Director in 
ED 221, or is that automatically put into the 
work queue?
