Hi there! I have a service request out there right
now to have the latest version of Adobe Reader
installed on my office computer because I can't
view PDF files. (My computer number is 20070162
and is located in UPCC A101, if that helps.) I
would also like to request that the following be
updated so that I can ensure access to important
websites and files:

    Update Adobe Flash
    Update Java
    Install Google Chrome (I use Firefox as my
primary browser, but I frequently check browser
compatibility issues and would like to see things
in Chrome as well)
    Update iTunes installation (not critical, but
I do occasionally access iTunes U and would like
to use the latest version of the software)

Aaaaand if it's in any way possible for me to
acquire the following programs in some fashion
rather than logging into the terminal server
computer, I use these frequently and I'd LOVE it
if I could have them installed:

    Adobe Photoshop
    Adobe Dreamweaver
    Adobe Illustrator
