I reinstalled Adobe Reader but there were still
problems opening a particular kind of pdf's (files
with input fields), so I installed Foxit Reader
and that seems to work for her.

Bonnie is not able to open any of her PDF's that
she has. She would like to have a tech come and
take a look at her computer. She has recently gone
to windows 7.

There is also a drop box pop up that is wanting
her to download something. She is not sure if it
is something that she needs.
