She had to leave so I didn't personally install it.

She said she could handle it and if she didn't
want her old battery she would sent it to us for
recycling.

warranties.

Ava called because she needs to know if her
Macbook battery is still under warranty and if so
she wants to order a new one. If it is no longer
on warranty she is wanting information on what she
needs to do to order a new one.
