Enquired him if he changed his password but he
said he is currently using his laptop for work and
has not yet tried changing his password.

Set up his computer with new cables from the
store.Asked him to change his password.Will need
to hear from him if it worked.

went and found out that the VGA cable is loose and
also the ethernet cable is  missing.Will go and
fix it during his next office hours.

Marzio is not able to log into his computer. He is
able to log into all other computer just not his own.
