bound the computer.

It actually wasn't Michael's computer it was
Stephanie's.
She had some weird Little Snitch program running
on there that is blocking network access. Gabe and
I couldn't get rid of it.

Told them we could send a tech down first thing in
the morning.

Michael has tried logging into other computers and
has been able to just fine.

He wasn't sure if anyone else was able to log into
that specific iMac.

I have class but will be back around 4 and will be
able to go take a look then

Good morning UCS help desk staff members:
 
New "Western Oregon Journal" page designer Michael
Nguyen cannot recall his password to log into his
iMac "Journal" computer so that he can lay out
pages. Can you either e-mail him the password or
e-mail him the steps to show him how to set up a
new password please? This is a new service request
on my part for him.
 
Michael's iMac WOU number is 20101081[Edit Inv].
