Hi Bill,

I wanted to make sure it was okay for me to

client in the Service Learning office?  I wasn't 
sure or not if I could on
this one?

Teresa,
Is it possible to just switch this thing out for 
a regular computer?  I requested a regular 
computer when the last thin client came up for 
replacement and I thought I was told that would 
be fine to get a regular one, and then this 
showed up.  My employees cannot access it on a 
regular basis and they really need into the I 
drive and I really need them to use this computer 
because they keep hopping on the one that is 
dedicated to the students coming in to work on 
their resumes so I gotta kick them off.  It's 
basically just a space hog right now.  It's been 
down more than up.  :(

Issues meaning that it doesn't function well
(freezes, doesn't load things) and that she would
rather it be gone then sit and take up space.

She called saying that there are many issues with
the thin client in the service learning and career
development center. She would rather get just a
new a computer because she says that she always
has issues with this thin client and only one
person uses it which is Brittany and she isn't
able to access I drive on it either.
