She was mad because her firefox browser main top
part would auto hide and she couldn't find it.

When printing a email she looses her toolbar and
she isn't able to go back. She has to restart her
computer every time that she goes to print from
email. It will only show the email page that that
she wants to print and nothing else, no toolbar.
