It looks like our technician, Andrew, was able to
get the new image to work on the computer and
re-installing the software.  He will be in today
at 4:00 so I'll leave a note for him to check this
ASAP.

Don't have a spare hard drive to replace this one
with.  Trisha was gone for the day so I couldn't
ask her how we should go about fixing it.
Either getting a new computer or a new hard drive.

No longer under warranty. Richard and I were going
to open it up and see about swapping out hard drives.

Called Don and Laurie doesn't have any important
information on the hard drive.

Laurie Powell's iMac (20080533) cannot find its
hard drive. We need to have it repaired.

I will find a way of bringing it to Monmouth asap.
