Hi Brian,

I found the switch on the side. It must've been
moved accidentally by a student. What a terrible
design!

Thanks for your help!

Tracy,

The wifi must be turned on, it won't get an
address if wifi is turned off. There is either a
physical switch, or the Fn key and the key that
looks like a radio tower.

Thanks,

We have a laptop cart with 25 computers that we
use for instruction. One of the laptops in that
cart (Laptop #A3, WOU #20101036)), is giving us
this error message when students try to login:

"There are currently no logon Servers available to
service the logon request."

If we connect the laptop to the network with an
ethernet cord in our office, it will allow logon,
but this isn't going to work for instruction
sessions as students need to connect wirelessly.

The laptop is in my office awaiting service, but
may be put back on the laptop cart for use if
necessary.

Thanks!
