This computer is my doom.  I have rebuilt it 4
times.  Every time we tried to sysprep it and set
the default profile the laptop crashes, and has to
be rebuilt.  There fore we do not have an image of
the laptop.  If something goes wrong with it it
has to be rebuilt from scratch.
