Don,

There is not much I can do from here to run tests
on it.  The printer is still under warranty.  Can
you call Xerox on it since you are at the printer
in case they want you to run tests.

Maybe it is the solarflare? Sorry we have so much

Our printer (hardly used) shows error code

then shuts itself off.
