Hi Tricia - We bought 3 laptops for division check
out last June, and they were delivered over
summer.  I've tested 2 of the 3, and they are
working fine.  The third one = WOU20101371, is the
laptop that is giving me Windows7 Registry/Product
Activation Errors.  I wasn't able to get the
Product Code in the battery compartment to work.

I've left the laptop with Niki by her desk.  Any
help in getting someone to come over in near
future to straighten it out, would be great.
