He just called and went to check his email on
firefox and he wasn't able to get off the main
page. The mouse just kept spinning and he wasn't
able to do control alt delete to even open the
task manager so he had to turn off his computer. 
He said that all the shortcuts were gone as well
so he doesn't think that all the issues have been
taken care of. 
He will be in his office today till 2:30 but a
tech is welcome in whenever. 

Priority changed from (2) High Priority to (1) Highest Priority.

This morning Snyder turned on his computer to find
that his icons were randomly moved on his desktop.
He got a pop up for installing roxio cd player and
he tried to cancel it because it something he
hasn't used but it wouldn't let him cancel it. He
restarted his computer and saw that PC Tool
register mechanics shortcut just appeared on his
desktop. He knows nothing about how it got there.
Snyder doesn't know if he has been hit with
something but he wants someone to just come take a
look at his computer since he feels like something
is up. He said that he is very busy and that the
techs are just welcome to show up anytime to his
office and go in and take a look at his computer.
