Parallels 7 and Windows 7 setup, including all
applications, is complete.  Everything went
smoothly.  I need to get the Apple CDs for this
machine from Tricia in order to update device drivers.

Jeff,

Parallels and a WIN 7 license were purchased for
your MacBook Pro, but due to a clerical error they
were not listed for Dale to install.  He will be
revisiting you to complete that piece.

    As for your request to Install Parallels and
Windows on your own that was never agreed to. 
There are no media disks, as we purchase Parallels
in a electronic volume license and that will need
to be installed by our Techs.  Once Parallels is
installed you can configure and install any number
of Operating Systems from within the program on
your own. 

I will also have Dale load the first Virtual
Machine of the Windows 7 with the license of
Office that goes on the Windows OS as well.    It
is not our practice give out operating system
media discs and licensing to the end user.
