Monitor cable wasn't screwed in tightly so it kept
coming loose. Tightened it up.

Updated the computer to newer MS office.
Also ran updates on the laptop and stopped a few
unnecessary programs from running at start up in
hopes of making the boot time much faster.

I need to add to this ticket.  The screen now will
not display.  I've checked the power and
everything I know how to check and it still is a
flop.  Seriously can we pitch this thing. 

Again, this computer is in the interpreter desk
areas so anyone can come over anytime to install
new version of WORD and fix the screen display.  
Sorry to be a pain.

Hi Teresa.  Just the desktop needs updated WORD
software.  The laptop (inconsistently of course)
takes between 5-10 min. to boot up.  Says Please

Hi there again.
computer #20070667: We need an updated version of 
WORD on the computer.  It needs an ADMIN to do 
this.  This computer was the one that just got 
ghosted.  Can someone with ADMIN permissions come 
over and download updated WORD?

computer #20110357: new laptop is taking over 5 
minutes to start up.  This happens inconsistently 
(so when you come over it won't happen).  This is 
an accommodation laptop that we just purchased 
and I need it to boot up faster, and it shouldn't 
be doing this.
