Hi Ashley,

We were just following up with you again regarding
a service request that we have for you.  (#46282)

Description: Brian Kauffman needs Microsoft Office
updated.

Linda had us work on a laptop that was needing
updates that we are still working on.  Do you know
if this ticket is the same one or a different
issue?  The reason we ask is that there are two
WOU inventory numbers and we want to make sure if
there are 1 or 2 issues.  :)

Yes that one has been but we are still waiting for
a laptop that we sent
over and was supposed to be done last week? If you
could look that up that

Ashley,

Office 2007 is available by going to Start, Run
and typing:

\\plowking.wou.edu\office2k7\setup.exe

Hit enter.

It will upgrade Office 2003, and when it is
finished, it will restart.

Brian can do this at any time he is ready.

Brian currently had 2003 and it is not working
with the other computers in his office so he would
like to upgrade.
