Hi D Jay,

I need some additional information regarding
service request #46294

Description: SMARTDRAW 2012 for laptop needs
registering with newly acquired serial number

I wanted to touch base with you and let you know I
will be in tomorrow at 3 pm. If you are still
going to be on campus that late, I can come by and
reinstall the SmartDraw software for you.

Please let me know.

TRI complained to SmartDraw about the inability to
get the software activated on two different
stations simultaneously, and SmartDraw issued them
an additional serial #.  I gave this Serial # info
to Jay Gense yesterday but he indicated he was not
able to get past a section asking for email and
password.
We need to get this new serial # entered and
authorized for his laptop as soon as possible and
since you had performed the initial install and
setup I was hoping you would best know how to fix
this:
secondary install laptop W#20090458[Edit Inv]
    additional serial # issued by SmartDraw
