The task on this is 46332. This computer lab is
very busy and having only one printer working is
an impact to our office. We are receiving extra
phone calls asking that we put paper in the one
printer that is working. Can you please see if
someone can fix this soon? Thanks!

Printer 20080294[Edit Inv] says ¿tray 2 is jammed¿ The paper
had been removed and a small piece of paper was
still in it. I took the small piece out, turned
the printer off and restarted it. It still says it
is jammed. I turned it off but it probably won¿t
stay that way. It is the printer on the right.
