I checked the printer and everything looks good.
We tested and it prints fine.
I've noticed that sometimes older printers can get
communication errors if they are connected via
USB, and if that happens, the solution usually is
to unplug both ends of the USB cable wait 10
seconds, restart the printer and reconnect it.

Her printer will not print. It starts to act like
it is then it makes a weird noise and nothing
happens. The monitor says "processing". It
wouldn't stop making noise so she unplugged it. 

She would like someone to come tomorrow and look
at it. Shes there 9-2pm.
