Hi Teresa,
Thanks!

I teach from 10-11:50 today and then will be at a
presentation from 12-1 with another class from
2-4.  I will leave my laptop in my office and
Sharyne in the Social Science Division office
would be able to let him in if he is able to come
by today.

Otherwise, I will be around my office most of
tomorrow.

Hi Andrew,

Well, the Cisco Nac agent login window is still
coming up every time I open my computer (4-5 times
today already).  Is there anything left to do to
try to stop this?

if it is still popping up every hour or so

Michael Ellis suggested re-installing the NAC to
see if that helps fix this issue maybe?

Dear Michael,

I just wanted to write and let you know that the
Cisco/Nac login is still appearing almost every
time I open my laptop while on campus.  It has
been this way since I got wireless earlier this
term, but today there was a new development.  The
following screen came up emphasizing that I had
been granted temporary/restricted access after I
did the Cisco/Nac login.  I copied the text of the
top half of the screen which reads:

"You have been granted temporary (and restricted)
internet access.

You can:
1. Browse to the WOU Homepage
2. Perform Windows/Apple Operating System updates
3. Install antivirus programs and update virus
definitions "

I am cc'ing this to Teresa as she has been aware
of this problem.
