running.

The plug to the fan was loose.  I reseated the
plug and made sure no wires were able to get in
and jam the fan.

Hello Request Desk people:

A.      NS218A: new computer delivered week of
Feb. 6, located at NE corner of room, near
printer, is flashing a hard-drive fan failure
error.  Immediate attention needed.
I called this request in today, but don't think
I've rec'd an email confirmation of service.

Any help soon would be appreciated.
