Hi Frank,

We were just following up with you regarding a
service request that we have (#46390) relating to
a donated printer.  I did some checking and
unfortunately WOU UCS is not able to support this
printer but if it was something that you wanted to
connect and use yourself that is acceptable, w are
just not able to support this device.

A nontraditional student called from the
nontraditional student lounge and wanted to know
if a printer (older HP Desk Jet) that was donated
could be hookup two the two computers in the lounge.
