Ran updates.
Ran ccleaner to help with start up speed.
Also, reinstalled Sophos to see if that will run
after the NAC agent on start up.

Told him to call back if it keeps doing it.

Hi folks,

Thanks for taking care of our old laptop; it works
like new.  But in an ironic (or, fitting?) twist,
the newer of our two laptops is acting sketchy
(this is exactly why we have two laptops). It
seems to my uninformed eyes that it is having
trouble prioritizing the two acts of wirelessly
shaking hands and updating Sophos.  Eventually
(5-10 minutes), negotiations are settled and the
"Temporary Network Access" becomes "Permanent
Network Access," and everyone lives happily ever
after that until the next time we reboot it.

So, since it always eventually finishes arguing
with itself after a few minutes, it's not a big
deal.  At your convenience.  Thanks so much,
